Traditional exhibition stands often lack flexibility and sustainability, leading to increased waste and limited reusability. Svedbergs sought an innovative solution that would not only reflect their commitment to Scandinavian elegance but also embody principles of sustainability and modularity. The challenge was to design a stand that could be easily assembled, disassembled, and reconfigured for future events without compromising on aesthetic appeal.
Ronnestam Creative Studio, led by Creative Director Johan Ronnestam and Project Manager Kicki Ljungviken, collaborated closely with Svedbergs' in-house marketing team to conceptualize a stand that epitomized balance, intrigue, and monumentality. The design featured:
- Modular Construction: Walls and tables were designed as 'lego' pieces, allowing for effortless assembly, disassembly, and reconfiguration for future exhibitions. This approach ensured both sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
- Scandinavian Aesthetics: The stand's design reflected Svedbergs' dedication to Scandinavian design, characterized by clean lines, functional spaces, and natural materials, creating an inviting and cohesive brand experience.
- Collaborative Execution: Partnering with Craft Expo, the design was brought to life with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring that the stand not only met aesthetic standards but also adhered to practical requirements for a bustling exhibition environment.
