Bluebird’s previous identity didn’t reflect the agency’s growth, ambitions, or position in the market. They needed a platform that would align internal and external stakeholders while clearly communicating who they are and where they’re headed. The challenge: to build something solid yet flexible, strategic yet inspiring.
Led by Johan Ronnestam, we applied our five-step process: Discovery, Brand Positioning, Creative Direction, Design, and Implementation. Once the brand strategy was in place, Johan collaborated with AD/Designer Daniel Stridsberg through our creative partnership ROST to bring the visual identity to life.
We designed everything from a new logotype and colour palette to typography, visual elements, photography guidelines, and a new website. Strategic prototypes and photorealistic mock-ups ensured early alignment across the organisation. The final result: a bold, coherent, and future-facing identity system tailored for growth.
